Lee Solomon attended The University of Tennessee and graduated from the UT School of Medicine in Memphis. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. He is Board Certified in both Adult and Adolescent Psychiatry. His special areas of interest are panic and anxiety disorders. He treats adolescents through adults. Jon Cohen is a graduate of Dartmouth College and attended medical school at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin. He is Board Certified in Psychiatry. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT College of Medicine in Chattanooga. Mallory Welborn is a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her graduate and undergraduate degrees from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007. She graduated with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a specialty in Family Practice in 2018. Her doctoral research aimed at improving depression screening rates in primary care. She earned her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post-Doctoral Certificate in 2019. She has experience caring for clients across the lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is able to diagnose and treat clients across the lifespan. Her clinical areas of interest include child and adolescent psychiatry, anxiety disorders, depression, and ADHD. She is currently seeing clients aged 12 years and older.

Zamaria Gains is a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who values meeting each patient where they are. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University, where her research closely examined individuals dealing with substance abuse. Among other things, Gains’ clinical experience includes caring for adults across the lifespan in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Her current clinical areas of interest include substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. She treats those aged 17 and older.

Tracy Schultz, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who graduated from New England College in 1992. She completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Miami Institute of Psychology in 2001. Dr. Schultz completed her training at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Since completion of her Doctorate program, she has worked in a variety of mental health settings. She has special interest in the treatment of depression and other mood related disorders, anxiety disorders and adjustment disorders. Dr. Schultz is also experienced in working with relationship issues. Dr. Schultz works with adults.

Kace Crawford, L.C.S.W. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual therapy services. He has a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from the University of Georgia. Kace has experience treating a variety of mental health diagnoses. Special areas of interest include anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD and other related issues. In therapy he uses primarily CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), person-centered, and narrative therapy models and is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy). Kace is happy to work with individuals of all diverse identities and backgrounds and uses a trauma-informed approach to treatment.

Jennifer Gardner Cummins, L.P.C. is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Mental Health Service Provider certification who works with children, adolescents and adults in individual, couples and family therapy. She obtained her Master’s degree in 2002 from The University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM. Jennifer has worked with both children and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings across the United States. Jennifer does not see patients in person at Behavioral Health Associates. Cindy Ensminger, L.M.F.T. is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Masters from Seton Hall University in New Jersey. She is also Certified as a Rule 31 Family Mediator, which focuses on resolving conflicts and coming to agreements. Cindy has been working in the mental health field since 1995 and works with both adolescents and adults. She has worked in a variety of settings, including residential, in-home, and outpatient. Some particular areas of focus are: emotional issues that disrupt one’s life (including anxiety, stress, anger management and depression), parenting struggles, adolescent and young adult issues, parent/child relationships and improving/enhancing marital relationships. Cindy’s therapeutic model is eclectic and utilizes multiple techniques. She is currently accepting new patients ages eight and up, for individual, family and marital therapy. Cindy does not see patients in person at Behavioral Health Associates. She is telehealth only.
